Usage and decontamination process of volumetric heat exchanger

Volumetric heat exchanger is a piece of domestic hot water equipment selected by many industries. It has the characteristics of small floor space and convenient maintenance, and is used in hotels. Usage of volumetric heat exchanger:


1. The positive displacement heat exchanger shall be installed according to the piping system diagram provided in this manual.


2. Before operation, check whether the components are installed correctly and reliably.


3. When the volumetric heat exchanger starts to run, first open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve and drain valve, open the bypass valve, open the water pump, wait for the water to flow out of the bypass, then close the bypass valve and open the outlet valve.


4, open the condensate valve, open the suction valve.


5, according to the actual use of heat, adjust the above valves.


6. Note: Please ensure the reliable state in use.


Periodic decontamination of volumetric heat exchanger:


Under any load condition, the heat exchange tubes of the positive displacement heat exchanger have certain automatic dust removal function, and the scale deposits at the bottom of the vertical positive displacement heat exchanger. In order to discharge these solids, it is necessary to periodically exhaust smoke from the heat exchanger. The time interval of sewage discharge shall be determined according to the water quality, generally at least once every three months, and the sewage discharge operation sequence is as follows:


1. Close the steam inlet valve and return valve.


2. Close the outlet valve.


3. Close the water supply valve.


4. Open the bypass valve.


5. Open the drain valve and discharge all the water in the vertical positive displacement heat exchanger.


6. Close the bypass valve, open the water outlet valve and keep it for 1 minute.


7. Close the drain valve, open the outlet valve, open the condensate valve and inlet valve, and put the equipment back into use.


Decontamination operation of volumetric heat exchanger:


After the volumetric heat exchanger has poor water quality or long-term operation, due to the automatic descaling function of the equipment, a large amount of scale accumulates at the bottom of the equipment. If it can't be cleaned immediately, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the equipment. In this case, the scale can be removed by thermal shock method. This way will not damage any parts of the positive displacement heat exchanger. The specific steps are as follows.


1. Close the steam inlet valve and return valve.


2. Close the outlet valve.


3. Close the water supply valve.


4. Open the bypass valve.


5. Open the drain valve and discharge all the water in the vertical positive displacement heat exchanger.


6. Close the drain valve, open the inlet valve and the return valve, wait for 30 seconds, then close the return valve and keep the steam valve open for 2 minutes.


7. Close the drain valve, open the inlet valve, close the bypass valve, open the outlet valve, open the condensate valve, open the inlet valve and put the equipment back into use.
