Basic inspection of air-cooled heat exchanger units;

2. Check the corrosion of the heat exchanger tube bundle and the damage of fins.

3. Check the internal corrosion and scaling of the pipe box and pipe.

4, check whether the ram, shutters and other corrosion and tight, check whether the water spraying facilities are clear.

5. Check the corrosion of the frame and other components of the heat exchanger unit and whether the fasteners are firm.
