Cleaning method of finned tube of heat exchanger unit

1. Usually, the fins of heat exchanger units can be directly washed with pressurized water, mainly to remove surface dust and corrosion products or other dirt that are not firmly attached. During cleaning, attention should be paid to prevent the fins from deforming and lodging.

2. If the site environment permits, a certain amount of chemicals or special cleaning agent can be added to the cleaning tank of heat exchanger according to the prescribed formula, such as 0.5%~1% washing clothes or other special cleaning agents. Then, the surface washing of the fins of the heat exchanger unit is carried out by the high-pressure pump. After washing, the residual cleaning agent should be washed out with industrial water.
