Overview:


Our company holds the first and second class pressure vessel design and manufacturing license and the authorization certificate of standard pressure vessel. Shell-and-tube heat exchanger is the leading product of our company. Our company has many unique features in structural design, product manufacturing and application technology of shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Among them, fixed tube-plate type, U-tube type, baffle plate type and shell-and-tube type heat exchangers are national patented products developed by our company. Their performance and quality reach the international advanced level, and they are widely used in various industries, especially in petroleum, chemical, electric power and metallurgical industries.


Composition:


Shell-and-tube heat exchanger is composed of main elements such as pipe box, shell and tube bundle. Tube bundle is the core of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, in which the heat exchange tube, as a heat conducting element, determines the thermal performance of the heat exchanger. Another basic element that has great influence on the thermal performance of heat exchanger is baffle (or baffle rod). The box and shell mainly determine the pressure-bearing capacity of shell-and-tube heat exchanger and the safety and reliability of operation.


Working principle:


Shell-and-tube heat exchanger belongs to partition heat exchanger, and the fluid channel formed inside the heat exchange tube is called tube side, and the fluid channel formed outside the heat exchange tube is called shell side. When the tube pass and the shell pass respectively pass through two fluids with different temperatures, the higher temperature fluid transfers heat to the lower temperature fluid through the heat exchange tube wall, and the higher temperature fluid is cooled and the lower temperature fluid is heated, thus realizing the purpose of the two-fluid heat exchange process.


Main technical features:


Compared with other types of heat exchangers, general shell-and-tube heat exchangers have the following main technical characteristics:


1, high temperature and high pressure resistance, firmness, reliability and durability;


2. The manufacturing application has a long history, and the manufacturing process and operation maintenance technology are mature;


3. Wide selection of materials and wide application range.


In addition to the above characteristics, the shell-and-tube heat exchanger of our company has the following main technical characteristics:


1. The curved shell-and-tube heat exchanger is an improved type of corrugated tube heat exchanger, which has all the advantages of corrugated tube heat exchanger, such as high heat transfer coefficient and difficulty in scaling. At the same time, it overcomes the shortcomings of corrugated tube heat exchanger, such as thin tube wall (not more than 1.0mm), short heat exchange tube (not more than 5m), and the connection between tube plate and heat exchange tube must be additionally welded (which does not meet the requirements of the national mandatory standard of GB151). It fully conforms to the national standard of GB151, and is firm and durable.


2. The heat exchange tubes of ion beam shell-and-tube heat exchangers and nickel-base infiltrated shell-and-tube heat exchangers are processed by ion beam or carburized by nickel base, and their surfaces form uniform microscopic convex and concave surfaces, which reduces the surface tension of heat exchange fluid, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient of fluid boundary film, especially for condensation heat transfer, changing film-like condensation into bead-like condensation, and greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient of condensation boundary film and the total heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger. The corrosion resistance of the heat exchange tube of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger with nickel infiltration layer is improved, and the common stainless steel tube can be replaced by carbon steel tube, so the cost is significantly reduced.


3. Baffle shell-and-tube heat exchanger is to change the traditional plane bow baffle or annular baffle into spiral and gradual swirl baffle, which further strengthens the disturbance of shell-side fluid and has no short path, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient of shell-side fluid boundary film and reducing the resistance loss of shell-side fluid;


4. The baffle rod shell-and-tube heat exchanger replaces the traditional plane bow baffle or annular baffle with grid baffle rod, which further strengthens the disturbance of shell-side fluid, improves the heat transfer coefficient of shell-side fluid boundary film and reduces the resistance loss of shell-side fluid.

Specification of heat exchange tube: φ10—φ70mm Length of heat exchange tube: 100—12000mm


Surface quality of heat exchange tubes: common tubes, ion beam tubes, nickel-based infiltrated tubes.


Types of heat exchange tubes: arc tubes, spiral tubes and elliptical spiral tubes.


Baffle elements: bow baffle, annular baffle, swirl baffle and baffle rod.


Commonly used materials: low carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper (heat exchange tube) and titanium tube.
